What clients are saying:

“When I first started nurse coaching with Abby, I had no idea what to expect. I knew that coaching would be valuable, but wasn’t sure exactly how she was going to help me. In my sessions with Abby, she asked thoughtful questions that helped me realize areas in my life where I lacked clarity. She didn’t tell me what I needed to do about any specific situation. Instead she guided me to a solution by giving me the time and space to talk through things, and ultimately, come up with my own solution. If I ever got stuck, she would ask a purposeful question that would get me back on track. Abby was a wonderful listener and I never felt rushed. She was so patient as I delved deeply into specific topics. I left every session feeling like things made more sense! I would recommend Abby to EVERYONE! Even if you feel like you have everything together, you can absolutely still benefit from nurse coaching.”

When I started coaching with Abby I really didn’t know what I wanted to work on, but right from the very first session, Abby had tapped into some of the underlying issues that I had never had the time or the opportunity to discover.  Each session has had a positive impact in my life and my forward progress in learning who I am as a person, and what I do and don’t want to continue in order to advance myself and my future goals.

Let me start by saying that Abby is the PERFECT coach for me.  She helped me learn from her calm but direct approach and her confidence was inspiring.  I really loved the way she asked powerful questions in a way that was not forced. Through Abby’s coaching I was able to talk through some true areas that I needed to grow, specifically mindfulness, journaling, confronting my beliefs about my family, and of course identifying factors of nurse coaching that I want to focus on.  Just through the discussions I had with Abby, I worked on so much more than what I committed to. I feel her coaching was transformational in moving my mindset to achieve more.

I really found that just having her undivided attention on me, helped me self-discover things that I just didn’t take the time to self-discover.  Her supportive and mindful presence led me to discover my barriers and my opportunities.

“I worked with Abby at a time when everything was in flux and priorities were hard to find in the mess of business ownership and parenting young children. It was INCREDIBLY helpful for me to learn to slow down, breathe, and listen to my thoughts and find the "threads" in there that I wanted to focus on and plan the structured activities that would help me keep my "main things" the actual main things in my life.

Powerful time, came out with a mantra and a new skill set. Absolutely recommend working with her!”

Before I started working with Abby, I was feeling the fatigue of being in graduate school, working full-time, and raising a family.  I felt like I did not have time for anything else not even for planning on transitioning into a new my new career after graduation.

Abby helped me identify what I really want out of life. She has helped me organize my life in a way that I am able to participate in life and enjoy many of the activities that I have missed out on for so many years.  She also helped me formulate a plan of action for transitioning into a new career that aligns with my core values. Abby has a wonderful gift of listening and uncovering the core values that are driving the desire for change. Identifying and knowing my true core values has made it much easier to act on my goals and maintain action toward my goals.

Abby has a mindful presence that is nonjudgmental and completely supportive.  I always felt like she gave me 100% of her attention during our sessions. Working with Abby has been a completely life-changing experience. Through some simple lifestyle changes that Abby helped me to identify and implement. Abby helped me organize my life in such a way that I have time to enjoy participating in many of the activities I had missed out on. I have started biking, practicing yoga, cooking, and implementing self-care on a consistent basis. I have also found time to begin new adventures such as rock climbing and I have a plan of action for my transition into a new career that will help me maintain the life that I am currently loving.

In working with Abby, I made the realization that once we identify our core values “the deeper why” behind our desire for change putting change into action becomes a much more fulfilling experience.  For anyone who desires change towards living your best life, I highly recommend working with Abby.”

“Before I started working with Abby I wasn't sure about mindfulness. Now I have a better understanding of it and find it very beneficial. It helps me feel focused and also is very calming. The experience with Abby was very positive. She did a session that seemed very natural and flowed well. She was patient, very kind and knowledgeable.
She also helped me come up with a mantra that I find very helpful throughout my days.
I learned that mindfulness can be done anywhere. I can be mindful anywhere and It can take as much time or little time as I want. I enjoyed my sessions with her so much that I refered my son to her.
I am grateful!”

“At the time I decided to do the people pleasing program, I was really struggling with people pleasing and setting boundaries. I was trying to make decisions involving a marriage of 39 years to an alcoholic.
Through Abbys program I have learned that it is important to own your thoughts, set boundaries and that speaking YOUR truth matters.
I learned I have a lot of work to do on myself, for myself. One of the quotes Abby shared that really hit hard is "The Body Whispers Before it Screams" by Irene Oritz Glass. Is your body whispering to you???
If so I would highly recommend this program to you and others who want to break the people pleasing cycle.”

I had fallen into a place in my life that I was feeling pretty uninspired and more or less in a "rut." I knew that I needed to change some routines in my life to make the most of my days but wasn't sure where to start. I didn't really have structure to my days and I wasn't feeling as present as I wanted to with my family. I work as a nurse on a busy hospital unit and I need to take care of my body, mind, and soul to be able to care for my patients as well as my family.

In my first meeting with Abby she helped me to really think about the person I wanted to be in the future. I thought about my son and how important it is for me to have the mental and physical energy to make the most out of motherhood. I also thought about the way my current habits were making me feel and affecting my day to day life. Abby helped me organize a plan to structure my days and actions in a way that would benefit myself, my energy, and my family. I truly felt listened to and that there was no judgement from her. She is a kind person who has a talent for helping someone feel at ease and important. The mindfulness activities were grounding and I felt better after each session.

While working with Abby I made some major shifts in the way that I am able to structure my day and now I really notice how much more I am able to get done while feeling more rested. I am more present with my son, most importantly, and he is able to see that I am making an effort to really care for myself mentally and physically. I recommend that anyone who is going through a time in their life where they feel like there are areas they could improve and set goals to seek her out as a nursing coach. She is amazing!

“I had the opportunity to work one on one with Abby for two sessions. She did a great job helping me prepare for the work so that I could get the most out of our time together. Her follow up has also been thoughtful and organized.

During our sessions, we were able to get to identify some root causes and patterns of thinking that have been holding me back from living the life I would like to and am worthy of having. Abby has a gift in the way she holds space for clients; in her ability to be fully present for the sessions, and her balance of actively listening and offering her observations. I felt not only validated and seen, but as if I could accomplish some goals I wasn't able to before. I truly believe Abby cares about me and my journey.

Thank you Abby for the work you do!”

“Abby is truly amazing. Working with her was like a breath of fresh air and she was very gracious and kind! She was so compassionate and yet able to point out much healthier perspectives and ways to look at things. I highly recommend!”

Brittany - Idaho, USA

Before my coaching sessions with Abby, I felt stuck in almost every aspect of my own life. I felt like I was half alive. I was not reaching for my full potential in my career, in my relationships, and spiritually. In my first session, Abby set up a space where I felt like I could be open, vulnerable and authentic without being judged, which is something really important for me. She asked me inquiring questions that made me evaluate why I am living the way that I am, who I want to be, and what changes I can make today to start living that way. We got deep down into some of the root reasons that were causing an internal war inside me. It felt safe to be in the presence of a coach who obviously cared deeply about me and my well being, while pushing me to be a better version of myself. I left each session feeling rejuvenated, energetic, and excited to accomplish the goals we set, no matter how little or big they were.

After our sessions, I re-enrolled into community college to follow my inspiration to become a nurse and care for people. I got my first credit card and started to save my money like a maniac for my future. I was broken open by heartbreak in my life, yet somehow I feel more empowered than ever before because I know I am on a beautiful path of self discovery, thanks to Abby.

I would recommend her to everyone in my life who is searching for gentle guidance towards a happier, healthier them.

Before working with Abby, I was struggling with understanding why I felt such a block in my life and in my relationships. I could not figure out why I wanted to turn to old habits when I was in such a healthier place in life. With our coaching sessions, Abby gave me some great visuals to hold on to that brought a lot of clarity to my situations. My two favorites that I refer back to often are the “fear wall” and the “ocean breathing”. Since identifying that fear has been a wall that I have used to “protect” me from freedom and vulnerability, I have been able to work through and understand myself better in times that I am triggered. The visualization of the ocean and breathing with the waves has helped ground me and gives me somewhere very specific to go to when I need to calm my mind. That was such a great gift to receive!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Abby and going on this journey with Abby being my guide. My favorite thing about our coaching relationship is how real it was the entire time. There was never a moment where I felt that I couldn’t tell Abby something. I never felt like I had to hold anything back because I felt very save sharing anything and everything with Abby. She met me where I was at and walked alongside me with zero judgment.

I gained a lot of clarity and learned how to have grace with myself. Something I’ve realized since our sessions began was that part of life is having hard conversations because that’s how we grow and that is how we have true connection. I use to try to avoid difficult conversations so I did not “ruin” time with someone. But Abby and I talked about how fear keeps me from having that freedom and instead of turning away from it, leaning into it is the only way to get to the other side. I have also been able to connect with the different parts of me and understand when my past wounds or triggers are talking rather than my centered self.

I’ve been working on being mindful of my thoughts and my thought patterns. I notice that sometimes my thoughts go instantly to shaming myself and that tends to be from wounds when I was younger. With being more aware about my thoughts, it has brought more insight into my actions towards my relationships.

Everyone! I know I have been lucky enough to have that relationship with Abby where I can instantly be fully vulnerable with her and maybe that would take more time with other people, but I think she has such an amazing heart and is such a deep listener, that anyone could benefit from coaching sessions from Abby.”
