Hello! I’m Abby Payne — Board Certified Nurse Coach, Mindfulness Guide, Recovering People Pleaser, Digital Addiction Recovery and Self-Care Coach.

As a bedside nurse, I’ve had a front row seat to the struggle of everyday people trying to keep up with the world.

Obtaining and maintaining health is complex.

We know what we need to do: cut out soda, go outside, drink water, eat more fruits and veggies, and prioritize sleep.

Most of us binge Netflix and order Take Out anyway.

True health requires a Holistic Approach.

My philosophy as a Coach is Wholeness.

You are whole, healed, and fully capable of having the life you want right now.

You have a deep well of internal wisdom waiting to be tapped.

You are not broken. You do not need “fixing”.

What you need is support, accountability and tools.

You are the expert of your life and health.

My role as your coach is not to give unsolicited advice or tell you what to do.

My role is to guide you towards reflection, discovery and the meaning behind your desires and limiting beliefs — to provide a safe space to explore your values, play with ideas and dreams, and give you the resources and tools needed to bring you into your wholeness.

    We will dive as deep as you want in this space. You will feel seen and heard.

    I use a combination of Holistic techniques* to create a space where you can feel a grounded and present. You will practice skills that feel relevant to you, and grow in your ability to regulate your mood and emotions.
